Q. Are donations tax-deductible?
A. We’re in the process of getting our state and federal tax-exemptions. The tax-exempt status is retroactive, meaning that all donations will be tax-deductible back to the date of our incorporation (CA, 11/2007).

SolSolution is in the process of obtaining its federal tax-exempt status. Donations are not yet tax deductible. If we obtain federal tax-exempt status, it will be retroactive to our date of incorporation and all donations after that date (Nov 27. 2007) will be tax deductible.
